Our shoes are designed and crafted to meet high standards of quality. Your safety and satisfaction are our most important goals. The warranty covers any manufacturing, workmanship, or material defects on all our Steel Chic shoes for up to 90 days from the time of delivery. If any defect arises where is impeding you to use the shoe, our your safety is compromised we will replace your Steel Chic Safety Shoe.   

The warranty does not cover the normal deterioration caused by use. Normal wear and tear are expected, like any scratches, wrinkles, worn-down outsoles/insoles. Our warranty also does not cover any accidental damage sustained to the shoes.  

Safety footwear that is damaged or involved in an accident will fail to provide future protection and must be replaced.
