Shipping policy

We only ship to the United States.

Orders ship within one to two business days (24 Hours) (Monday - Friday) of purchase from San Antonio, TX.

When your shipping label is created, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

After your order has shipped, it will generally take 2 - 5 business days to arrive. (Delivery could take longer for more remote regions.) This is just an estimate and does not include weekends, holidays, or any issues that the carrier encounters making the delivery.

We ship to the address YOU provide. Please ensure all information is 100% accurate before submitting your order.

Once an order is placed, we CAN NOT make any changes.

Steel Chic is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they leave our warehouse in San Antonio. If you have any problems with your delivery, please reach out to the carrier directly to resolve the issue.
